1. Returns

• Items must be returned within 7 days (Nepal orders) and 14 days (International orders) of delivery.
• Products must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
• Items must be returned in original packaging with tags attached.
• Custom-made or personalized items are non-returnable.

3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

• Shipping charges are non-refundable (unless the item was damaged or incorrect).
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
